The Walters Family Mission Statement
MISSION
We are called to preach, "Repent! For the Kingdom of heaven is at hand!" And we do so by establishing Disciple-Making Ministries in the nations after the pattern found in Acts 2:42-47. Our ministry "vehicle", Christ's Creek Mission, works with individuals, families, groups, and congregations to realize their role in establishing the Kingdom of Heaven in this generation. As we fulfill our mandate to set the captives free from the cares of this world through Daily Discipleship in Real Discipleship Training Centers; Mummy Ana's Children's Home; Grace Ministries; and Compassionate Care Centers; we begin to take the kingdom He has called us to possess. This is accomplished through the generous love gifts, both financial and donations-in-kind, of our many friends and ministry partners throughout the world.
Whether we establish a new work or partner with an established ministry, the goal is still the same, to develop ongoing training thereby equipping leaders in the Body of Messiah to become Disciple-Making-Disciple-Makers as per the pattern established in the Word of Elohim. We, and our ministry partners throughout the nations, have a committed focus on reaching the Unreached and Unengaged Peoples with the Milk of the Gospel of Salvation then teaching them the Meat of the Gospel of the Kingdom.
In order to fulfill the mandate found in Matthew 24:14, "...this Gospel of the Kingdom shall be preached in all the word for a witness unto all nations (literally all ethnic people groups)…" our pursuit of like-minded persons and organizations is essential. There are many tools available for us to maintain accountability locally and internationally. Concerning discipleship, nothing compares to actually being on location and imparting directly into the lives of those Yahovah has placed into our lives and ministry. Therefore we are actively engaged in going and sending teams on short-term and long-term missions.
VISION
Our passion is to ensure that every person living will hear the Gospel of Salvation found only in Messiah Yeshua; Jesus the Christ, through every means available. As long as there is one person who has never heard the Gospel once, we will commit our resources to reaching, teaching, equipping, and encouraging the Body of Messiah to wake-up; shake off their slumber, put on their armor, get into the battle, and reach those who have been destitute of the Gospel.
